to Know
•You do not need to be flexible to enjoy yoga,
but a regular yoga practice will increase felxibility, stamina, strength,
endurance, balance, focus, and concentration. Yoga can bring harmony
to every system in the body.
• Wear comfortable clothes.
• It is highly recommended that students use
a sticky mat designed specifically for yoga. HomeStretch Yoga has matas
available.
• Wait at least one hour after eating before
practicing yoga.
• Bring a water bottle to class.
• Drop in students are welcome on a space available
basis.
• Missed classes may be made up by attending
any class within the same session on a space available basis. |
