Vinyasa
Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing series of yoga poses that exercise the whole
body while paying particular attention to the breath. The Vinyasa practice
is taught in a way that allows each student to increase his/her strength
gradually. Somatics and Pilates based movements are added to build core
strength and "un do" stress related problems in the body. Students
at any level of ability are welcome but must be prepared to work within
their own limitations. This flowing series of exercise will quickly enable
the practitioner to feel stronger, more relaxed, and balanced. Students
will leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed. |
